I am pleased to tell you that I wrote the ITIL v4 foundation yesterday and I passed it with a score of 98 %. Recall I also wrote the CISA exams too and passed. My next step now is that I want to write the CISM and the CRISC exams.

The software and the PDF version of the study prep is very helpful. Test Engine software could be enhanced a bit but over all great quality.
The study pacakge includes practice questions and answers. The explaination section is quite helpful to understand the answer. Some practice questions has references as links. But I have not been able to check all references.
