You cannot claim a refund in the following cases:

1. You have made a Wrong Purchase. Any pass guarantee request related to a wrong purchase is not going to be processed.
2. Your exam was written within two (2) days of purchase. We recommend at least a minimum study period of five (5) days.
3. It has been more than seven (7) calendar days since you wrote your exam. You need to request your claim within seven (7) days.
4. The name in the submitted result differs from your VirtuLearner.com account. In other words, you cannot purchase the exam under someone else's name.
5. We do not refund an order if the purchased was made the same day as your exam day. You need time to prepare for an exam.
6. If the exam was written outside the specified date range.
7. The exam was provided to you FREE of charge or as a substitute for another exam.
8. Your purchased study guide/package is a LAB.
9. If you have got the product sold at a reduced price, or obtain for free then there is no refund claim.
